Continuous innovation, uniformly high standards of product quality and excellent technical service are all important components of what we offer to our customers.

To live up to this promise, Oemeta runs 3 modern laboratory complexes and a technical centre at its Uetersen site.

In 2003, the analytical laboratory was completely reconstructed. In this laboratory area, more than 10 000 samples submitted by our customers are investigated on an annual basis. Using modern analysis techniques, complex analytical questions can be answered on all aspects of industrial lubricants.
The results obtained are employed in our technical service to check and manage our products in real-life applications, and to assure our customers the best support as possible in the use of our products.

The company laboratory monitors the production process and ensures that products are only supplied if they achieve a 100% match with the specification agreed with the customer. The company laboratory was completely renovated in 2004 and fully complies with state-of-the-art technology standards.

The Research & Development division is equipped with 2 laboratories and one technical centre. The laboratories were completely modernized in 2005 and 2006 while the technical centre was newly installed in 2006. In the R&D laboratory, new products are developed and existing products are optimised in cooperation with our customers, and their practical properties are examined on specialist test equipment.
The extensive investments of the last few years enable the entire laboratory infrastructure at Oemeta to comply with the very latest technological standards.
This in turn enables Oemeta to maintain a high level of work in terms of innovation, product quality and technical service. This assures the future of Oemeta as well as the processes of users who decide in favour of Oemeta products.
