Oemeta highly values their customer’s opinion – therefore we invited an external service company to perform a customer satisfaction survey.

The result is plain to see:

• 92% of the participants are satisfied, with the majority being completely satisfied, with the quality of the products used

• 94% of the participants would recommend Oemeta to another company

• 98% of the participants are very satisfied with the Oemeta’s communication and collaboration

These results provide important information on our customer’s expectations that will enable us to further develop a close, good and trustful business relationship.

Thanks to the help of our customers we obtained significant input for the optimisation of products and service.
