What is the "Ausbildungsinititative Rheinland"
The "Ausbildungsinitiative Rheinland GmbH" (AIR) is an education & training initiative from Bayer and Lanxess; legally a subsidiary of Bayer Industry Services GmbH & Co. OHG.
AIR pursues the objective of giving young people opportunities which pave the way towards successful completion of a course of vocational training and which make an important contribution towards improving the education and training situation in the Rhineland region.
Oemeta is involved in the AIR initiative in order to offer trainees a versatile education which is rooted in practical applications while also focused on delivering relevant skills for the future.
