The HYCUT® product portfolio combines a range of high performance ester oil based water miscible and neat oil products with varying viscosities. Though high-performing even in demanding machining processes, these products are highly cost efficient.
Multi-function oil - A revolutionary 360˚ product system.
HYCUT® products can be used either as water-miscible emulsions at varying concentrations or as straight neat oils. Incorporating a comprehensive selection of hydraulic, slide and lubrication oils the range is also suitable for spindle, hydrostatic and bearing lubrication. This totally compatible approach ensures that any extraneous oils generated in the application no longer form tramp oil but emulsify and become an integral component of the operating emulsion increasing the operational life by re-using waste oils and by reducing both inventory and cost together with the associated bio and chemical-stability issues.
A totally compatible product system for the whole of the process chain
In industrial production a variety of different processes often follow on from each other. A sequential process chain for example may consist of a neat oil application followed by an emulsion application with a washing process in between. The incompatibility between these processes can lead to downtime at the product interface. HYCUT® solves this problem by utilising totally compatible products for the separate applications from the product portfolio resulting in significant cost reduction and application benefits such as the complete removal of the wash system from the process chain. Alternatively by utilising HYCUT® cleaner products as the wash media the used wash fluid can be recycled into the emulsion system reducing product usage volumes and waste generation while increasing process flow and output.
